    Job Description

    1. Pre-Sales

  • Partner with Sales post-discovery to lead demos, POCs, and technical deep dives

  • Understand customer workflows, use cases, and decision drivers

  • Tailor demos and technical narratives to clearly articulate business value

  • Translate complex capabilities into simple, compelling customer outcomes

  • 2. Solution Design & Architecture

  • Map customer requirements to platform capabilities and integrations

  • Recommend scalable architectures, APIs, data flows, and deployment patterns

  • Identify product gaps early and propose configuration-led or architectural solutions

  • Ensure designs meet performance, compliance, and reliability standards

  • 3. Technical Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout evaluation and implementation

  • Proactively manage technical objections, risks, and dependencies

  • Influence enterprise decision-making by demonstrating feasibility, impact, and ROI

  • 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Share structured field insights with Product to inform roadmap priorities

  • Work closely with Engineering on POC requirements, blockers, and clarity

  • Bridge customer needs with internal capabilities to ensure successful delivery

  • 5. POC Execution & Implementation Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end execution of POCs and complex integrations

  • Oversee both standard and non-standard post-sale implementation flows

  • Ensure solutions are configured for billing, usage tracking, and reporting

  • Maintain accurate technical and customer data in CRM and internal systems

  • 6. Post-Sales Enablement & Customer Success

  • Partner with Customer Success for seamless onboarding and handoff

  • Support configurations, workflows, dashboards, and risk controls

  • Assist customers with API/SDK integration, troubleshooting, and best practices

  • 7. Evangelism & Internal Enablement

  • Build reusable demo assets, solution templates, and integration guides

  • Train Sales and GTM teams on technical positioning and platform capabilities

  • Represent the company in key customer sessions, webinars, and industry forums

  • The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar roles

  • Strong proficiency with APIs, SDKs, SQL, Python, and data-driven integrations

  • Proven experience delivering POCs and enterprise implementations end-to-end

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders

  • Demonstrated success influencing product direction and cross-functional teams

  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with full ownership of the customer lifecycle

  • Experience in fraud, identity verification, risk, security, or fintech is a strong plus

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
