Provide L1 Level Customer Support

– Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.

– Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.

Eligibility:

– 1 plus year of experience in Customer Support

– Good communication skills

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate/ UG eligible

Good Knowledge of networking

Compensation : 3.80 LPA (Upto 26K in hand)

Shift: 24*7

Work Days: 5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
