Could you be the full-time Head of IT Landscape Harmonization & Configuration Management in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning and optimizing our IT application landscape while ensuring robust configuration management practices across the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and procurement), lead harmonization initiatives, and oversee the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of driving the decommissioning of redundant applications, promoting the use of backbone systems like SAP GSI and PLM, and maintaining the CMDB as the single source of truth for IT assets, but also fostering a culture of digital transformation and operational excellence.
We’ll look to you for:
Developing and executing strategies to harmonize and rationalize the IT application landscape
Ensuring compliance with the organization’s Core Model and Process Solution Architecture
Collaborating with domain architects, directors, and regional SPOCs to align harmonization efforts globally
Overseeing configuration management processes and ensuring data accuracy and automation
Defining and implementing governance models for configuration management stakeholders
Leading IT projects focused on landscape optimization and digital transformation

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience or understanding of application management, configuration management, or IT project management, preferably in manufacturing domains
Knowledge of SAP GSI, PLM, Azure Cloud, and server hosting
Familiarity with ITIL certification; experience with ServiceNow platform preferred
A strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prototyping)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities
