Job Title: Manager – Sweetener

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop new sweetener products and blends (natural, plant-based, functional) and improve existing formulations.
• Create application-ready solutions for beverages, bakery, confectionery, and nutraceuticals ensuring sensory and performance parity with sugar.
• Manage end-to-end scale-up from lab to plant while ensuring regulatory, quality, and process compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to explore new sweetening technologies, functional ingredients, and innovation opportunities.
• Support B2B and institutional teams with customized sweetener systems, application trials, and cost-optimization projects.
• Lead development of consumer retail products (powders, tablets, liquids, sachets) with strong sensory, stability, and shelf-life performance.
• Partner with marketing for claims, sensory validation, consumer insights, and product communication.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Marketing for smooth product launches.
• Track global sweetener trends, identify white spaces for innovation, IP creation, and sustainable sourcing.
• Maintain digital documentation and contribute to long-term sweetener strategy for the organization s food innovation roadmap.
