Experience – 6-9 years Location – Bangalore

The Value You Deliver Develop and manage SCCM, AppV, and Beyond Trust Remote support infrastructure for the firm. Document and communicate engineering and operational deliverables. Manage product lifecycle (both hardware and software) Assist with the evaluation and engineering of software products and technologies and provide recommendations regarding selection and adoption, backed by rigorous analysis and justification. Assist with pilots for new products and technologies, analyze the value and impact from technical perspectives, and effectively communicate results and recommendations. Be an active advisor for operational processes and policies mandated by the enterprise. Provide operational support on technologies supported by the team like SCCM, AppV, Bomgar, Company portal and Intune. Responsible for process improvements like Incident reduction, MTTR, MTTO Drive to implement best practices for enhancing associate experience. Plan and drive large scale projects across enterprise. Responsible for End Point Security & compliance for the entire enterprise. Will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle (both hardware and software) Part of engineering escalation team and assist in troubleshooting. Work closely with EI support partners to ensure 24×7 availability of the infrastructure we support.

The Skills that are Key to this role – Technical / Behavioral Strong Knowledge of SCCM, App V, Company Portal, Bomgar and Intune. Strong hands-on experience in creating PowerShell automation. Good understanding of SQL. Experience in creating SSRS and Power BI reports. Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop application deployment solution and support in a large environment using SCCM and Intune. Strong knowledge in troubleshooting applications, packages, and Task Sequences. Strong understanding of ITIL process including Incident, Problem and Change Management Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system patching and defender updates. Remote management and troubleshooting, asset management, and inventory. Good understanding of enterprise anti-virus solutions, endpoint data protection, and encryption. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and customer service skills. Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment. Experience in supporting 24/7 Operations. Experience in Agile methodologies.
