Roles and Responsibilities:
Supporting the execution and tracking of the EAO transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment to milestones and deliverables.
Maintaining a centralized, up-to-date roadmap and portfolio overview across all initiatives, leveraging tools such as Jira, Lean IX and SharePoint.
Preparing materials and coordinating logistics for program reviews, Steer Co meetings, director-level interlocks, and quarterly planning sessions.
Supporting stakeholder communication by preparing structured and compelling updates (dashboards, slides, one-pagers).
Identifying cross-initiative risks and dependencies and working with initiative owners to monitor and address them.
Contributing to continuous improvement of portfolio tooling and governance standards, including automation opportunities.
Assisting in the rollout of new ways of working, stakeholder mapping, and maturity tracking across the EAO transformation program.
Coordination and tracking of roadmap execution
Maintenance of initiative-level progress and portfolio-level reporting
Meeting cadence and action management
Stakeholder update preparation and communication
Risk and dependency tracking
Tooling and process optimization (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience with Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, and Excel
Skilled in slide creation and dashboarding for executive updates
2+ years in a PMO / project coordination / program support role
Exposure to Agile, SAFe, or Lean ways of working
Experience working across business and IT teams in a matrixed or international environment.
