JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB ROLE

• Work on multiple concurrent projects to gather and analyze business requirements and identify process and technical solutions
• Utilize advanced communication skills and business process knowledge to effectively communicate technical and non-technical materials to the customer and internal teams 
• Develop and manage high quality BRD/FSD documents to include project scope, software development plans, detailed functional requirements, system evaluation documents, status reports, meeting notes
• Co-ordinate with technology team to drive changes and remediate issues, ensure requirements and procedures are understood and implemented correctly
• Guide QA Teams in understanding functional aspects and relevant scenarios
• Assist project managers in planning and estimating efforts, providing support on business requirements, implementation strategies 
• Work effectively in geographically dispersed cross-functional teams 

QUALIFICATION

• The candidate should have prior experience in handling end-to-end implementation of an Enterprise IT Solution, preferably in BFSI domain
• Working experience in Lending Domain (LOS / LMS / Credit) or DA/Securitization domain is must have

Total work experience: 7 years – 15 years

Business analyst: 5 years – 12 years
