Amadora is expanding, and we’re looking for a Junior Trainer – Store Operations to help train, standardise, and uplift our in-store teams across locations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands QSR / food service operations, enjoys working on the floor, and is passionate about building well-trained, confident store teams.

Role Overview

As a Junior Trainer, you’ll support the training and development of store staff by delivering operational training, reinforcing SOPs, and ensuring consistency in service, hygiene, and product handling across Amadora stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-the-job training for store staff (frontline, supervisors, and new hires)
  • Train teams on SOPs related to service, food safety, hygiene, and store processes
  • Support new store openings and staff onboarding
  • Identify skill gaps and retrain teams where required
  • Work closely with store managers and operations teams
  • Help maintain and update training materials and checklists
  • Ensure training translates into consistent execution on the floor

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in QSR / food & beverage / retail operations
  • Prior experience in training, team leading, or floor supervision is a plus
  • Strong understanding of store operations and service standards
  • Good communication and people-handling skills
  • Willingness to travel between store locations
  • Hands-on, patient, and detail-oriented
