Head FP&A

• Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes across all business units

• Develop and refine financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis

• Track and analyse business performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs

• Provide actionable insights and variance analysis to leadership and business heads

• Identify cost-saving opportunities, margin improvement areas, and operational inefficiencies

• Drive rolling forecasts, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and contingency planning

• Business Partnering to ensure financial alignment with business objectives

• Standardize FP&A processes, tools, and reporting formats to drive efficiency and clarity

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and CXOs for financial decision-making

• Drive automation of dashboards, reports, and financial workflows (processes, SAP, Power BI, etc.)

• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
