Job Description:To study the bid documents, identification of potential risk area, contingency plan and inform Tendering team so that it can be incorporated in the quotation of the works To prepare the queries during pre-bid stage for client to bring more clarity in the assessment of the proposal To prepare Contract Appreciation Document (CAD) for internal circulation Monitoring the works from contractual perspective, safeguarding company’s entitlements & performance of obligations Preparation & submission of claims for various issues arising out of works at site duly coordinating with site To monitor and guide the correspondence with client on behalf of company on regular basis to address any issue, scope of work, delays etc. To coordinate & interact with Dispute Resolutions Bodies (DRB) set up under the Contract To coordinate & interact with Arbitration Tribunal constituted for settlement of disputes To pursue the matter in respective Court through Legal counsel and Advocate on record – various submissions and follow up Coordinate with the Legal counsel for Arbitration duly supplying with proper inputs to strengthen the case Preparation of High Value work order and/or Agreements with Subcontractors Standardizing formats for various work orders /agreements to be made with subcontractors To make the project team aware and sensitive about the importance of contract and correspondence with client and identification of potential friction area (red flags) with client during execution of the project To generate revenue by claiming for extra work executed To highlight potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation steps To ensure common understanding with vendors / sub-contractors / JV partners w.r.t contract documents. Civil, LLB, Years of experience: Other Specialization: Civil Engineering, PGD in Construction/Business Management Studies/analyses industry trends.
