Loss Prevention & Shrinkage Control

• Prevent theft, pilferage, mismatch picks, short picks, and internal losses across inbound, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Monitor high-risk SKUs, fresh (F&V), and fast-moving items.
• Track shrinkage trends and conduct root-cause analysis with recovery actions.

2. Inbound, Storage & Outbound Control

• Verify inbound material against PO/system entries for quantity, quality, and condition.
• Ensure segregation, stacking, FIFO/FEFO adherence, zoning, and cold-chain compliance.
• Monitor outbound accuracy including invoice verification, scanning, and vehicle loading.
• Control damaged, expired, RTV, dump, and return inventory movement.

3. PR (Purchase Return) Control

• Track PRs on a daily basis with help of OPS.
• Ensure PR remains within defined targets.
• Ensure PR closures within approved TAT.
