About the Role:
We are hiring a Lead Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in the banking and financial services domain. You will lead the development of secure, scalable, and cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and OpenShift. The role involves hands-on work across the stack, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Spring Batch, Autosys, Kubernetes, and Docker is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD, REST APIs, React / Angular, Jenkins, Git, and SQL / NoSQL databases is expected. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Position details:
Lead Java Full Stack Developer responsible for driving end-to-end development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using modern Java and Spring / Spring Boot frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement full-stack solutions with Java, React / Angular, and RESTful APIs.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on AWS and OpenShift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker (good to have).
- Coordinate batch processing workflows using Spring Batch and Autosys (good to have).
- Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across services.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Java 11 and 17+.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, OpenShift, and cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with Spring Batch, Autosys, Kubernetes, and Docker is a plus.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
