The Role:

We are seeking a motivated telesales executive to promote and sell insurance products, guide clients, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries.

Ideal Profile:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 months – 2 years of experience in insurance sales or telesales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi.
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
  • Knowledge of insurance products (life, health, or general insurance) is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills for CRM usage and reporting.
