Role: Influencer Marketing Manager
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who has hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end and can independently own execution, coordination, and delivery across multiple brands.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our South Delhi office.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end — from brief to execution
• Scout, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across categories
• Lead influencer outreach, negotiations, and closures
• Coordinate with influencers, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality checks
• Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, and reporting
• Guide and mentor influencer marketing executives
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, briefs, and platform mandates
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of influencer sourcing, negotiations, and campaign execution
• Ability to independently handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders
• Good communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
• High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
