Company Description
We’re growing fast—very fast—and looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong skill-set in Backend to join our team and contribute towards building an AI Solution for the Healthcare sectors focused on Patient care and Service excellence. If you have experience building web & AI applications in the 0 – 1 journey, this opportunity is for you. We’re currently building in Stealth, yet being already live with a fantastic product that’s being used by some of the largest Enterprise customers in the industry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership
- Own one enterprise-grade product end-to-end
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Prioritise feature development aligned with customer impact
- Make architecture and technology decisions independently
- Drive roadmap execution in coordination with founders and stakeholders
2. Backend Engineering (Primary Focus)
- Architect and build scalable APIs using Node.js / Nest.js / Express
- Design secure, optimised database schemas
- Implement role-based access control and enterprise-grade authentication
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity
- Integrate AI/GenAI workflows where required
3. Frontend Development
- Build and optimise production-ready UI using React / Next.js
- Create responsive dashboards for enterprise users
- Ensure seamless API integration and performance
- Maintain UI consistency and usability standards
4.DevOps & Deployments
- Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
- Handle CI/CD pipelines and production deployments
- Monitor uptime, logs, and server health
- Optimise cloud costs and infrastructure performance
5. Custom API integrations
- Build and maintain third-party integrations (Hospital Systems, APIs, CRMs, etc.)
- Handle client-specific customisations
- Ensure stable integration architecture for enterprise clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-time coding experience
- Strong JavaScript Skills: Proficient in React/Next.js and Node.js/Nest.js along with Express.js
- Bonus Experience: DevOps AWS experience
- Good to have: Building GenAI Apps
- Startup DNA: Built a product from scratch or part of an early startup team
- Mindset: Thrives in fast-paced environments, self-driven learner, and problem-solver
- Ownership: Takes full product ownership and responsibility
- This is an On-site role in Jaipur (please be open to relocating if you’re not based here)
