  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Hyderabad and related international leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for team members as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a central point of communication for the team, facilitating effective information flow.
  • Support various team projects by tracking progress and assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Support in planning and executing office events, team building and employer branding activities, and client visits.
  • Handle expense reconciliation and raise purchase orders for the team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
  • Partner with HR to facilitate the onboarding of new employees and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Manage office-related budgets and expenses, ensuring timely processing of invoices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or Executive Assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other common office software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
