Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Indore. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will actively contribute to building comprehensive software systems integrating robotics, machine vision, and AI frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable applications and optimize performance across industrial inspection, control, and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end software solutions.
- Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using modern frameworks.
- Optimize codebase for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in debugging and system improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
- Participate in solution testing and validation prior to on-site deployment.
- Support continuous improvement of existing systems and applications.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong experience with server-side development using Node.js and Python.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
- Proven ability to develop end-to-end applications using Angular and Node.js.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving project requirements.
Technical Skills
- Front-end frameworks: Angular, React (or similar).
- Back-end technologies: Node.js, Python.
- Database management: MySQL, MongoDB.
Experience with REST APIs and application integration
