Job Description:An Opportunity to work with established firm in Alcohol industry An Opportunity to work with growing organization Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume & value) for Uttar Pradesh across retail and HoReCa channels. Develop and execute state-level GT, MT, and on-trade strategies to drive distribution, visibility, and brand growth. Manage and expand the distributor network, ensuring secondary sales growth, stock rotation, and credit control. Build strong relationships with key accounts including hotel chains, bars, restaurants, and premium retail outlets. Lead and mentor the regional sales team, driving performance, market coverage, and execution excellence. Plan and implement trade schemes, activations, and promotional initiatives in coordination with marketing. Ensure strict adherence to state excise laws, regulatory norms, and compliance frameworks. 5-10 years of sales experience in the liquor/alcoholic beverages industry with strong exposure to Uttar Pradesh market dynamics. Deep understanding of state excise regulations, trade margins, and distribution structures. Proven track record of achieving aggressive regional sales targets while leading large field teams. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and execution capabilities with high ownership mindset.
