    Job Description

  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume & value) for Uttar Pradesh across retail and HoReCa channels.
  • Develop and execute state-level GT, MT, and on-trade strategies to drive distribution, visibility, and brand growth.
  • Manage and expand the distributor network, ensuring secondary sales growth, stock rotation, and credit control.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts including hotel chains, bars, restaurants, and premium retail outlets.
  • Lead and mentor the regional sales team, driving performance, market coverage, and execution excellence.
  • Plan and implement trade schemes, activations, and promotional initiatives in coordination with marketing.
  • Ensure strict adherence to state excise laws, regulatory norms, and compliance frameworks.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the liquor/alcoholic beverages industry with strong exposure to Uttar Pradesh market dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of state excise regulations, trade margins, and distribution structures.
  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive regional sales targets while leading large field teams.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and execution capabilities with high ownership mindset.
