RolePurpose:

Weareseeking hands-on,outcome-drivenPMOprofessionaltopartnerwiththe HeadofTechnology in our GCC. The role will drive portfolio governance, delivery oversight, data-led reporting, and operating cadence across strategic technology programs. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical aptitude and data presentation / storytelling skills, understands technology landscapes, communicates crisply with senior stakeholders, and operates with ownership and minimal supervision.

KeyResponsibilities:

PortfolioGovernance& Planning:

  • Establishandrunportfolio governance(intake,prioritization,roadmaps,dependencymapping, capacity planning).
  • Maintain thetechportfoliobacklog, OKRs / KPIs,andquarterlyplanningartifacts.
  • EnsurealignmentbetweenGCCexecutionplansandglobal technology strategy.

DeliveryOversight& ExecutionControl:

  • Trackprogrammilestones,risks/issues,decisions(RAID),scopechanges,andbenefits realization.
  • Standardizestatus reportingandcreate executive-readydashboardsandnarratives.
  • PartnerwithEngineering,Product, Security,andEnterprisePMOtounblock dependencies.

Analytics&Reporting:

  • Buildclear,insight-leadreports andvisualsinPowerBI / Excel / PowerPointforleadershipand global stakeholders.
  • Drivedataqualityanda singlesourceoftruthacross Jira / AzureDevOps/Confluence.
  • Translatedelivery dataintoactionableinsights(e.g.,cycletime,velocity, burn-down,variance metrics).

Financials &VendorManagement:

  • Trackbudgets,forecasts,andvariancesupport investmentcasesandROIreporting.
  • CoordinateSows, invoicing,andperformancevisibilityforvendors / partners.

Process&Tooling:

  • Defineandcontinuouslyimprove waysofworking (Agile/Hybrid),templates,andplaybooks.
  • AdministerandoptimizeusageofJira / Confluence / Azure DevOps / Smartsheet / SharePoint.
  • Supportchangemanagementandadoptionacross teams.

Stakeholder & CommunicationManagement:

  • Coordinatecross-functionalstakeholdersacrosstheGCCandglobalHQ;manageleadership updates, operating rhythms, and decision forums.
  • Draftcrispexeccommunications(steercopacks,one-pagers,memos)withstrongnarrativeclarity.

OperatingCadenceoftheTechnology Org:

  • Runleadershipcadences(weekly opsreviews,monthly portfolioreviews,quarterly planning).
  • Ensureagendas,pre-reads,action tracking,andout comes areconsistentlydelivered.

Must-HaveQualifications:

  • 78yearsofPMO / ProgramManagementexperiencewithin technologyorganizations(GCC experience preferred).
  • Stronganalyticalaptitudeanddatapresentation/storytellingskills(PowerBI / Excel / PowerPoint).
  • Abilitytounderstandtechnologyconcepts(cloud,APIs, dataplatforms,DevOps / CI-CD, SDLC / Agile).
  • Demonstratedownership,biasforaction, andabilitytoworkindependentlyinambiguous environments.
  • Excellentcommunicationskills – executive-readywritingandpresentation;abletosimplify complex topics.
  • Provenstakeholdermanagementacross seniorleadership,product, engineering,andexternal partners.
  • Hands-onwithJira / Confluence(orAzureDevOps) fortracking,reporting,andportfolioviews.

Good-to-Have:

  • ExperienceinaGlobal CapabilityCentersupportingglobalstakeholdersacross timezones.
  • Certifications:PMP / PRINCE2,CSM / SAFe,ITIL(plus).

  • Bachelor’s in engineering / computerScience orrelated;MBAisaplus.
