Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking Sales Executive to handle international sales calls with English-speaking customers across global markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and inbound international sales calls to English-speaking prospects and customers
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services to global clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent spoken English (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with international clients across different time zones
  • Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, or international calling (preferred)
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, email tools)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international B2B or B2C sales
  • Exposure to global markets such as US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe
  • Prior experience in outbound international calling.
