Responsible for the design, development, implementation, operation, and maintenance of instrument/electrical systems. Focus is on mathematical modelling of systems of a diverse nature, analyzing their dynamic behavior, and using control theory to create a controller that will cause the systems to behave in a desired manner. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design and develop electrical systems for generators, generator protection & control panels, and Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR).
  • Engineer solutions for synchronization, load sharing, and power management across multiple generator sets.
  • Design and specify battery systems, battery chargers, and ensure compliance with backup power requirements.
  • Develop electrical designs for motors, Motor Control Centers (MCC), and associated control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous area applications (ATEX/IECEx standards) for electrical equipment.
  • Perform fault level calculations, voltage drop analysis and ensure system reliability and safety.
  • Prepare detailed schematics, single-line diagrams, and control logic for electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for procurement, installation, and commissioning. Ensure adherence to international standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA) and client specifications.
  • What You Bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in electrical design for power generation or industrial systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, IS).

  • Strong knowledge of generator systems, AVR, and synchronization panels.
  • Expertise in load sharing techniques and power system stability.
  • Proficiency in battery sizing, charger selection, and DC system design.
  • Hands-on experience with motor control, MCC design, and starter configurations.
  • Familiarity with hazardous area classifications and equipment selection.
  • Ability to perform short-circuit/fault calculations and voltage drop analysis using industry tools.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar electrical design software.
  • Understanding of protection schemes, relay coordination, and control logic.
