EY is looking for a suitable member for our team in Strategy practice. The role provides an opportunity to be part of the team which assist businesses in setting strategic goals and identifying the steps to meet them, analyse industry dynamics such as market size, growth, and share of leading competitors, identify the business’ unique competitive advantage and help create alignment among all business units and functions to support and enhance this positioning. Team offers clients with Business Model Reinvention, New Market Entry Opportunities and Digital Strategy and Innovation.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead the delivery and execution of high-quality deliverables, managing service quality, brand, and client expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client personnel, ensuring quality client services.
Conceptualize the overall solution for a given client problem and lead the engagement team to deliver client objectives
Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
Review deliverables prepared by the team; Manage project, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization
Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations
Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services
Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views
Contribute to knowledge development and management
Manage client accounts, build professional relationships, and meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
Be a strong team player
Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach
Assist in resolving people issues
Support people development through guidance and feedback
Take the lead in recruiting activities
Skills and attributes:
To qualify for the role you must have –Qualification and Experience:
MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with experience in transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, strategy verticals will be preferredPreferred Experience: 10+ years of professional experience (post MBA) in Consulting/PE/VC firms
