Purpose of this position / Position summary:The incumbent in this role will be responsible for driving sales and growth for ECP channel in assigned territories.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of highly motivated and attentive sales specialists and consultants.

  • Use commercial acumen and competitor analysis to drive sales.

  • Deliver and educate the team in providing exceptional customer experience.

  • Leads Execution of key components of marketing programs

  • New Project planning and execution.

  • Work closely with the Regional Manager/Cluster Manager for developing sales strategies.

  • Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal.

  • Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales and collection forecasting.

  • Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time.

  • Lead the team to meet the business targets of Sales and Collection including agreed DSO

  • Graduation in any stream, MBA in marketing or related subject.

  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in Sales of Consumer Driven product in optical, electronic or related industry.

  • Well versed with SFDC and similar tools for reporting Other Skills.

  • Applicant should be at Sales consultant role who have managed this role for at least 2 years.

  • Should be very good team player.
