Key Responsibilities: – Greet and welcome travelers in a polite and professional manner – Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, gate changes, baggage claim, and other airport services – Assist travelers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests – Direct travelers to the appropriate airport facilities and services – Handle lost and found items and assist with lost baggage inquiries – Maintain a clean and organized information desk area – Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus) – Knowledge of airport operations and services is preferred – Customer service experience is an advantage – Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment – Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays – Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
