Responsibilities: – Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates and baggage claim areas – Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other related information – Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings at all times – Assist passengers with special needs and provide necessary support and assistance – Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations – Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner – Assist in the boarding and deboarding of passengers – Conduct security checks and screening procedures as per company guidelines – Maintain a clean and organized work area – Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements: – Minimum high school diploma or equivalent – Excellent communication and customer service skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment – Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays – Basic computer skills – Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time – Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances – Prior experience in the aviation industry is an asset, but not mandatory We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for career growth within the company.
