Job Description: Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers through effective account management strategy and completing 100% client renewals. To be responsible for generating sales opportunity for SSL Certificate. To Research, Develop and present new sales opportunities for SSL Certificate. To achieve agreed levels of cold calling activity to increase volume/revenue streams for the SSL Certificate. To ensure that sales objectives, as agreed with your line manager are met. Follow-up with contacted clients on phone or by sending e-mail or other necessary e-collaterals as deemed necessary from time to time. Data base mining and lead generation Update CRM on regular basis Follow up from client for payments Co-ordinate with Account Manager/SE/Support team for status and background Follow up from client for payments Licensing Release of PO before expiry date Microsoft Excel skills a must. Prior renewal experience is a plus
