Overview Position summary:
- Reporting to the Fiber Solutions Engineer the Technical Analysts primary focus will be the accurate and timely response to internal and external requests for technical information and compliance approvals.
- This will include maintaining existing system workflows, templates and datasets and developing new datasets or documents as the need arises, and requires effective communication with stakeholders and SMEs across the wider business.
- The role also supports the Fiber Technical team with administration tasks relating to systems and document maintenance, audit planning and follow-up, routine divisional report preparation and distribution, and other project-related tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing user access and training.
- Maintaining response templates and data sets while ensuring legal compliance and technical accuracy.
- Performing critical data analysis and interpretation to meet request requirements.
- Engaging and liasing with Subject Mater Experts (SME) across the wider business to ensure accuracy of responses.
- Delegating and follow-up on tasks as required.
- Managing workflows to meet required timelines.
- Meeting requirements for turn around times.
- Accuracy and completeness of responses.
- Effectiveness of communication and engagement with request initiators and SMEs Position description.

- Accuracy and completeness of data Administration support for Business Projects including but not limited to:
- Developing reports and technical data sets as directed.
- Performing critical data analysis and interpretation to meet project requirements.

Experience and qualifications Mandatory (critical for the role)
- M365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Report Writing.
- Workflow Understanding.
- Experience with Collating Datasets Desirable (preferable for the role).
- Understanding of Sustainability metrics.
- Experience in a FMCG or Packaging business.
- Packaging Compliance.
