Job Description:
The Specialist of Digital ExperiencePerformancewill be responsible for translating insights on digital experience from various sources for Inspire Brands Digital ExperiencePerformance(DXP) team. This role will specialize in understanding Inspire Brands ecommerce websites/apps digital user experienceperformance, reporting findings, and visualizing trends and featureperformancefrom a myriad of quantitative and qualitative tools.
This is a critical role with the DXP team, and key to Inspires journey in elevating and growing our existing suite of digital solutions. To assist with delivering on our aggressive multi-year roadmap and priorities, you will partner closely with your Manager other DXP team members to deliver easy to digest reports that assist teams with story-telling and optimization development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to the following:
- Consistently monitor coreperformancemetrics in our suite of reports and adapt reports to appropriately conveyperformanceto better highlight change
- Work with DXPPerformanceManager to maintain a suite of reports utilizing data visualization tools for the DXP team and other stakeholders using query writing (SQL, BigQuery, etc.)
- Work with DXPPerformanceManager to deliver front-end featureperformancereadouts to brand focused DXP team members that explains how features drove change in the e-comm experience and business
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the user experiences of Inspire Brands ecommerce websites and apps
- Support business stakeholders with ad hoc reporting that informs prioritization of product enhancements or business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners both within the DXP team and cross-functionally across Inspire
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years of analytics reporting and/or any extensive data visualization experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge with relevant data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Strong knowledge in writing queries in SQL, BigQuery, etc. to translate business needs
- Experience with Digital Analytics tools such as Google Analytics (Adobe Analytics, Mix Panel a plus)
- Strong project/program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to empathetically solve challenging cross-functional conflict
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment on complex and varied assignments across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
