A premium lifestyle-led organisation is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, project marketing launches, and integrated marketing execution. This leadership role will oversee end-to-end marketing strategy, PR and media engagement, digital marketing, and team development, while partnering closely with commercial and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Lead end-to-end marketing for project launches, ensuring alignment with commercial and sales goals.
- Oversee development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, PR, media, and events.
- Drive brand consistency and premium customer experience across all channels and touchpoints.
- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimise cost efficiency across campaigns.
- Partner closely with sales and leadership teams to support revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead PR strategy, media relationships, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and website performance.
- Establish marketing performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and brand health tracking.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team with clear KPIs and development plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through market insights, competitor benchmarking, and innovation initiatives.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+Years of experience in lifestyle, fashion, high-end automobile, hospitality, retail, or reputed marketing agencies
International exposure (isn’t a must, but an advantage)
Experience leading marketing teams
Strong executive presence and brand sensibility suited for a luxury business
