Industry / market assessment
Outside-in / limited commercial due diligence
Full scope commercial due diligence including value upside identification
Corporate Clients – services include:
Industry / market assessment studies
Feasibility studies
Target search / screening
Growth strategy – organic / inorganic
Business plan development / validation
Joint venture / partnering strategy
Commercial due diligence
Synergyassessment
Responsibilities
Mandatory skill sets:

– Impeccable oral and written communication skills
– Keen and equal interest in strategy and finance
– Willingness and ability tofrequentlywork under tight timelines and pressure
– Limited travel will be expected for fieldwork

Years of experiencerequired:
– 3-5Y years of management consulting experience with a research / consulting firm
Education qualification:
– MBA from a Tier 1 institute
Gurgaon / Mumbai
