Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our People function. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate HR records, supporting recruitment activity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across our homes. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information effectively.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the organisation
- Support recruitment processes including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with GDPR and regulatory requirements
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters
- Ensure all right-to-work documentation and compliance checks are completed and recorded accurately
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters, and reports
- Support compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding protocols, and internal policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR systems
