We’re Hiring | Theatre Teacher / Drama Instructor
Northfield International School is looking for a creative and passionate Theatre Teacher to inspire students through performing arts and stagecraft.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging theatre and drama lessons across grade levels
• Train students in acting, voice modulation, movement, and stage presence
• Direct school productions, assemblies, and cultural performances
• Develop scripts, stage activities, and creative workshops
• Encourage confidence, teamwork, and self-expression through theatre
• Coordinate costumes, props, rehearsals, and backstage activities
• Prepare students for competitions, showcases, and annual events
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Theatre, Performing Arts, or related field
• Prior experience teaching theatre/drama in schools preferred
• Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills
• Experience in directing stage productions and managing rehearsals
• Passion for nurturing student talent and creativity
