Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Marketplace Operations

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a critical role in scaling Pepper’s creator and content talent ecosystem, with a strong focus on US hiring across freelance, contract, and full-time roles.

This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. You’ll work closely with creator acquisition, content operations, and business teams to build, manage, and sustain a high-quality creator network aligned with Pepper’s brand, quality standards, and growth goals. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for freelance, contract, and full-time content & creative roles, with a strong focus on US marketplace
  • Collaborate closely with content, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to align hiring with business goals
  • Manage the selection process, including conducting interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications, and making data-driven hiring decisions aligned with Pepper Content’s values and goals.
  • Support creator community management, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, style guides, and onboarding frameworks to enable scalable hiring
  • Use hiring data and insights to improve turnaround time, quality, and overall recruitment efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably hiring freelancers, creators, or content talent
  • Hands-on experience managing US or global hiring across freelance and full-time roles
  • Strong understanding of Creator Acquisition and Talent Management
  • Experience hiring across US, UK, APAC, or EMEA markets is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate experience skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze hiring trends and optimize processes
  • Genuine interest in the creator economy, content operations, and scaling high-quality talent networks

Please note: This is on-site role based in Mumbai (Marol) at US shift, 3:00pm – 12:00am.
