What will you do
• Handle end-to-end vendor claim settlement and ensure timely closures
• Share accurate sales, returns, discount, scheme, and stock data with vendors
• Prepare and share monthly brand-wise calculations and statements
• Perform reconciliations between internal records and vendor statements and close gaps
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for commercial transactions
• Act as single point of contact for vendors on commercial matters
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth execution
• Drive process discipline and accuracy across commercial operations
What are we looking for
- A Chartered Accountant with strong commercial acumen and minimum 3 years of progressive experience
- A strategic thinker who can own vendor commercials end-to-end and drive financial discipline
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations, claims, and commercial negotiations with high accuracy
- Strong stakeholder leader capable of influencing cross-functional teams and external partners
- Data-driven professional with advanced Excel and ERP / marketplace exposure
- Someone who thrives in a fast-growing, multi-brand environment and can build scalable commercial processes
