UI Engineer 2
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with 4+ years of experience building production-grade, highly performant Frontend systems in FinTech or regulated domains.
In this role, you’ll build and enhance the systems that make our wealth management capabilities intuitive, and performant for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) – the kind of work where attention to detail matters.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reusable UI components across complex, data-intensive web applications
- Build permission & role-based UI systems that adapt across user types
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship production-grade features
- Own and evolve component library, keeping design patterns scalable across products.
- Mentor junior engineers on React patterns, state management, and frontend architecture — and actually enjoy doing it
- Drive improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions
Requirements
- 4+ years of Frontend engineering experience building complex, data-intensive React + TypeScript applications
- Strong command of state management — client-side (Zustand, Redux) and server-side (React Query) — and the judgment to know when to use what
- Experience with complex routing, RBAC, and charting libraries like Highcharts for analytics dashboards, including the implementation of responsive, high-density data tables utilizing lazy loading, sticky headers, and adaptive layouts.
- Hands-on experience extending design systems (Ant Design, Radix UI), CSS libraries (Tailwind) to meet real product needs
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, real-time data patterns, and modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Good to Haves
- Experience in FinTech, compliance-sensitive, or regulated-domains
- Exposure to SSR (Next JS), Microfrontends, iframes, SDKs
- Ability to engage with complex and evolving requirements without needing every detail hand-specified
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with GenUI, SD-UI
