• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Drive core HR processes including

• Performance Management
• Retention Management
• Succession Planning
• Compensation Management
• Change Management
• Workforce Management
• Talent Management
• Employee Engagement(attrition Management)
• Recruitment & Hiring

• Conduct monthly round tables and engagement meetings at client locations.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Support change management and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

• Min 8 years of HRBP experience in service-based companies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (preferred).
• Willingness to travel to client sites monthly for pre-planned meetings.
