Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager in the Events & Activations department, based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering outstanding service. Daily tasks involve coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, addressing client queries, overseeing event deliverables, and maintaining effective communication between teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Client Services and Client Relations to ensure outstanding customer experiences
- Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs and resolve concerns effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for both internal team coordination and external client interactions
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively
- Experience in the events and activations industry is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
