ROLE INTENT
The Account Manager supports client servicing and execution by ensuring projects move efficiently, communication remains clear, and teams stay aligned.
Working closely with the Account Lead and Account Director, this role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence and delivery consistency.
This is a foundational role in the MAG account leadership pipeline.
YOUR GROWTH MILESTONES
In 3 Months — Build Execution Foundations
- Understand client accounts, workflows, and delivery formats
- Support daily coordination and communication
- Ensure timelines and tasks are tracked accurately
In 6 Months — Own Execution Independently
- Manage smaller projects and timelines independently
- Strengthen client communication and responsiveness
- Improve coordination across teams
In 12 Months — Progress Toward Account Leadership
- Support Account Leads in managing larger accounts
- Take on greater ownership of execution and planning
- Develop leadership readiness for future growth
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support client communication and coordination
- Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Coordinate across creative, content, design, and performance teams
- Maintain project trackers and execution clarity
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and reporting
- Escalate risks or delays to Account Leads and Directors

- 2–4 years in account management, client servicing, or agency roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
