We are on the hunt for experienced Courtesy Bus Drivers to transport our incredible patrons too and from the venue, whilst driving an incredible guest experience!
The Role As a Courtesy Bus Driver, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming and safely transporting our guests to and from the venue. You’ll play an essential part in ensuring every visitor enjoys a hassle-free, comfortable journey from pick-up to drop-off.
You’ll deliver exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with boarding, and ensuring a comfortable journey.As part of your responsibilities, you’ll monitor passenger behaviour in line with RSA obligations, maintaining a safe environment at all times.
You’ll also be responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and presentable, completing routine inspections, and reporting any issues promptly.
During quieter times, you’ll support the broader venue team with light duties.Your experience from working as a Courtesy Bus Driver for local clubs, pubs or RSL’s will enable you to hit the ground running.
*A full drivers licence with a clean driving record will be essential for this role.
