About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in core HR operations and recruitment, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding)
Handle employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support payroll inputs and attendance management
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure HR policies and compliance are maintained
Address employee queries and provide HR support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR operations and/or recruitment
Good understanding of HR processes and labor compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
