As the technical lead, you will drive Identity and Access Management (IAM) automation using Python and cloud-native technologies. You’ll lead design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring best practices and security standards are met. You will mentor a team, manage project lifecycles and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

Lead the design and development of IAM automation solutions using Python, Django, and FastAPI.

Collaborate with system architects and stakeholders to define technical strategies and roadmaps.

Drive implementation of IAM best practices across cloud and containerized environments.

Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to security standards.

Own and manage the full lifecycle of IAM automation projects from concept to deployment.

Integrate IAM solutions with AWS services and ensure compliance with security policies.

Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must:

Have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in a software engineering or DevOps role, with at least 2+ years of leading others

Demonstrate a track record of being accountable for technical projects with an understanding of how to make projects successful

Have extensive experience in Python programming, particularly with Django framework and FastAPI

Possess in-depth knowledge of AWS Cloud Services, including IAM, Lambda, S3, and Terraform, and ideally hold an AWS Certification such as Solutions Architect

Be proficient in Docker and containerization technologies as well as Kubernetes, preferably EKS

Have a strong understanding of system design and architecture collaboration

Demonstrate technical leadership skills and experience in team management

Have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Education: B.E/ME/B. Tech/ M. Tech in Computer science or any other engineering discipline
