Job Description
We are hiring a skilled and responsible Maintenance Supervisor for a reputed Hotel. The candidate will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure smooth functioning of all hotel facilities, and maintain safety & quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance operations of hotel premises
Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance
Coordinate with external vendors & AMC service providers
Maintain safety standards & compliance regulations
Monitor maintenance logs & service records
Support renovation & repair activities
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians
