Summary:

The Senior Sales Executive is a key driver in expanding market presence and accelerating sales growth within the premium decorative surfacing and building materials sector. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with architects, contractors, and distributors across furniture, cabinetry, wall paneling, and architectural interiors. The ideal candidate will leverage deep product knowledge and market insight to deliver tailored solutions, execute targeted marketing initiatives, and strengthen brand positioning. Your contributions will directly influence market penetration, client retention, and long-term business success in a competitive industry landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote plywood, laminates, wood adhesives, and related decorative products.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and building material distributors.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to assess project requirements and deliver customized product solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Create high-impact marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and refine positioning.
  • Provide timely reports on campaign performance, market insights, and client engagement to senior management.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in project sales or a related field within the building materials or interior finishes industry.
  • Proven history of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of plywood, laminates, wood adhesives, and wooden flooring products—or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client sites, project locations, and industry events.
  • Existing network with architects, contractors, and building material distributors.
