Campaign Manager – CRM

Skill & Experience

• 4-8 years of CRM or email marketing expertise
• Good communication skills and ability to lead CRM initiatives independently
• Good knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic is mandatory
• Able to develop and build segments within a marketing automation platform
• Expertise in driving customer engagement through dynamic email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS on Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Competency in coding JavaScript, HTML and CSS is desirable · Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• A desire to work across multiple channels and to be involved in designing and ndelivering marketing automation
• Knowledge/experience of rolling contract/ Saas/e-commerce business highly desirable. Experience of working in a multinational / multi-market organisation is highly desirable
