    *Own end-to-end ecommerce P&L across Amazon and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) including revenue, margins, trade spends, media ROI, and working capital.

    *Build the ecommerce business from 0 → 1: define channel strategy, pricing architecture, assortment strategy, launch sequencing, and scale roadmap

    *Set and deliver revenue, contribution margin, and profitability targets with clear ownership and accountability for outcomes

    *Translate business ambition into executable quarterly and monthly plans; lead structured business reviews with the CEO and leadership team.

    Design and execute a capital-efficient growth engine across Amazon Ads and Quick Commerce media with strong ROAS and payback discipline.

    *Own the full growth funnel-traffic, conversion, repeat, CAC, and contribution margin-and continuously optimize for profitable scale.

    *Use data, dashboards, and consumer insights to identify scalable growth levers, whitespace opportunities, and competitive advantages.

    *Drive rapid experimentation with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learnings-balancing speed with business outcomes.

    *Drive flawless execution: listing hygiene, content quality, availability, forecasting, and fulfilment.

    *Work hands-on with supply chain, finance, R&D, packaging, and marketing to solve problems and unlock scale.

    *Navigate platform constraints, policies, and operational challenges with agility and pragmatism.

    *Ensure compliance while maintaining execution speed.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Head of eCom should have:E-commerce native leader with 8-10 years of experience, ideally in CPG startups, or high-growth brands.

    *Proven track record of scaling brands from 0 → 1 (and beyond) on Amazon and/or Quick Commerce platforms.

    *Demonstrated ability to deliver results with constrained resources – budget, people, and time.

    *Strong P&L ownership mindset with sharp commercial acumen.

    *Deep understanding of Amazon ecosystem, Quick Commerce dynamics, and performance marketing.

    *Highly execution-oriented: rolls up sleeves, moves fast, and gets things done.

    *Analytical yet creative problem-solver with a bias for action and outcomes.

    *Thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where none exists, and leads by example.
