As part of job creation, you will be based at our Bengaluru factory and will report to the Customer Service Manager.

Your essential duties and responsabilities will be :

  • Customer Complaint Management:

You will be responsible for handling customer information and proactively monitoring complaints to ensure efficient and prompt resolution of issues.

  • Warranty Service Follow-up:

You will closely monitor field service interventions carried out by our Area Service Technicians to ensure compliance with warranty terms and ongoing customer satisfaction.

  • Coordination of Area Service Technicians:

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating on-site interventions, ensuring that resources are used optimally.

  • Transparent Communication:

You will ensure smooth and transparent communication both internally and externally, providing regular updates on the status of complaints and responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Spare Parts Management:

You will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of spare parts required for repairs.
