Qualification:      Any Technical Degree

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related user issues and service requests
• Log, categorize, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs
• Perform basic troubleshooting of ERP application, access, and system issues
• Handle user access requests, password resets, and role assignments
• Monitor ERP system availability and report issues proactively
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams
• Maintain accurate incident records and documentation
• Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status and resolution

• ERP Platforms: SAP / Oracle ERP / MS Dynamics / Odoo
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
• OS: Linux / Windows Server
• Ticketing Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy
• Monitoring Tools: Nagios, SolarWinds, CloudWatch
• Scripting: Shell, SQL, PowerShell (basic)
