Strata Software Solutions LLP is looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team. If you are a visual storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for both digital and print media, we want to hear from you.
As a Junior Designer, you will be the visual voice of our brand, responsible for everything from high-impact social media campaigns to professional corporate branding.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Design: Conceptualize and create engaging posts, stories, and reels for various platforms.
Branding & Identity: Develop and maintain consistent branding across all company assets.
Marketing Collaterals: Design print materials (brochures, flyers, business cards) and digital assets (banners, pitch decks, newsletters).
Content Support: Create eye-catching blog thumbnails and website graphics that drive engagement.
Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on current design trends and suggest innovative ways to elevate our marketing strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 1–2 years of professional design experience. Design portfolio is required to be submitted along with the application.
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Tools: Proficiency in Canva. Experience with Figma is a significant plus.
Communication: Ability to take feedback and collaborate effectively with the marketing team.
Mindset: Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new design techniques or software.
Bonus Points
Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles to ensure designs are optimized for performance.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
