Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Content Researcher & Script Strategist who will be responsible for deep research, topic intelligence, and high-quality YouTube script creation for our technical education channels (BCA, MCA, BTech).
This is an off-camera role focused on research depth, content accuracy, and student-focused
scripting. The candidate will work closely with the content strategist, creators, and editing team
to ensure consistent, high-quality output across channels.
A. What You Will Do
1. Deep Content Research
- Conduct in-depth research on BCA, MCA, and BTech ecosystem. Clearly understand that the primary target audience consists of BCA, MCA, and BTech aspirants and prospective students
- Track latest updates on counselling, entrance exams, eligibility, important dates
- Research colleges across India (fees, placements, facilities, reviews, rankings)
- Study latest curriculum changes, syllabus trends, and specialization demand
- Gather accurate placement data, salary trends, and industry demand insights
- Monitor government notifications, exam bodies, and official announcements
- Track and compile the most frequently asked queries by aspirants across platforms (YouTube comments, Google, Quora, etc.)
- Bring topic ideas and data points that help guide students in choosing the right course, college, and career path
- Continuously update information that helps students stay informed about latest admissions, exams, eligibility, and career outcomes
- Focus on creating research inputs that fully resolve student queries end-to-end, reducing confusion in their decision journey
- Track competitor content and identify content gaps
2. YouTube Script Development
- Convert research into well-structured, YouTube-optimized scripts
- Write both long-form (8–12 min) and short-form (30–60 sec) scripts
- Create strong hooks, logical flow, and retention-driven structure
- Ensure scripts are student-friendly and easy to understand
- Write in natural Hindi/Hinglish tone suitable for YouTube audience
- Customize scripts for different channels when required
3. Accuracy & Quality Control
- Fact-check all data points before script submission
- Ensure information is latest and reliable
- Maintain consistency in terminology across videos
- Support comment response team with accurate information when needed
B. What You Should Have
- BCA / MCA / BTech graduate OR strong experience in tech education content
- Excellent research and analytical ability
- Proven experience in script writing for YouTube / EdTech / academic content
- Strong understanding of student search intent and pain points
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into layman language
- Good command over Hindi writing (Hinglish understanding preferred)
- Familiarity with YouTube content structure and retention principles
- Ability to work with data, reports, and multiple information sources
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred
- EdTech background will be a strong advantage
