Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting.
• 7–12 years of overall experience in HRIS or related domains
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Service Now and the ability to work in an agile set up
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment modules.
• Knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Workday Security Model.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
• Ability to approach reporting holistically across multiple systems
• Effective results driven communicator, verbal and written
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and persuasive communication.
• Adept at influencing and managing stakeholder relationships
Preferred Skills and Certifications
• Workday Pro Certification (Reporting, HCM, or other relevant modules)
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
